You MUST verify and pay the state fee within 30 days of your expiration date before seeing the doctor!
Follow these instructions FIRST, then return to submit your deposit and secure your Dr. appointment:
- Go to padohmmp.custhelp.com and log into your account with your username and password
- Go to “make payment” and pay your $50 fee to the state (must be within 30 days of your expiration date on your card.)
- Return to this page and scroll down to pay your deposit and secure your appointment.

Doctor’s Renewal Fee – $125
$50 Deposit Due Now
A patient care specialist will call to confirm your appointment and collect the balance.
$125 doctor fee is for patients who already have an MMJ PA card. This does NOT include the $50 PA state card fee.
All fees will be refunded if you’re not certified.
