Instructions:

Go to padohmmp.custhelp.com and log into your account with your username and password
At the bottom of profile settings, click “renew my registration” and verify it.
Go to “make payment” and pay your $50 fee to the state.

Doctor’s Renewal Fee – $125

A patient care specialist will call to confirm your appointment and collect payment.

$125 doctor fee for patients who already have an MMJ PA card. This does NOT include the $50 PA state card fee.

All fees will be refunded if you’re not certified.
