Instructions:
- Go to padohmmp.custhelp.com and log into your account with your username and password
- At the bottom of profile settings, click “renew my registration” and verify it.
- Go to “make payment” and pay your $50 fee to the state.
Doctor’s Renewal Fee – $125
A patient care specialist will call to confirm your appointment and collect payment.
$125 doctor fee for patients who already have an MMJ PA card. This does NOT include the $50 PA state card fee.
All fees will be refunded if you’re not certified.
