What information do you need to get my application started?

We need to confirm you have one of the 23 certifying conditions, a copy of your driver’s license or state ID, a phone number, and a valid email address.

How much is a new certification?

Only $149* for new certifications!
Our fee includes:

  • Doctor Fee
  • Setting up an appointment with a certifying doctors
  • Making sure your MMJ PA Card is mailed to your home in a timely manor, usually 7-14 days from your Doctor visit.
  • Setting up a Caregiver Card so a friend or family member can help purchase, dose, and cook medical marijuana ($50 admin fee waived)
  • Evaluation and recommendation of the different benefits of the strains of cannabis that will help you find relief!
  • The Greener app with dispensary locations, sales, product reviews, recipes, and more.

What’s the cost to renew?

For returning customers, we waive the admin fee, and you only pay the $125 doctor fee and $50 state fee.

Do I have to see a Doctor in-person?

Currently, all doctor appointments are done through video conferencing from the comfort and safety of your home. Appointments are quick and easy.

On our scheduling page, you can choose a time to secure an appointment that day, however your appointment will not be at that exact time. The doctor will contact you in a window of time between 9-3pm.

How long does it take?

We are here to streamline your process to make things as quick as possible! Normally we can schedule your doctor’s appointment within a few days of you contacting us. It then takes about 7-14 days for the card to be mailed. Due to COVID-19, delivery time may vary.

What conditions qualify for a medical marijuana card?

There are 23 conditions currently approved for medical marijuana, you can check our qualifying condition section of the website for more information here.

Do I need records?

The state requires that your qualified for one of the 23 conditions, we suggest you bring all documentation you have available with you to the doctors appointment, but the doctor makes the final call on what documentation he wants so he will inform you if he needs additional paperwork or records.

How long is my mmj card good for?

Doctors can certify for up to a year, with the shortest being a month long. Through the Greener Institute, you’ll be certified for the full year with no additional appointments.

How long does the appointment take?

We suggest going to your appointment 10 minutes early to fill out any paperwork the doctor’s office requires, but normally the appointment can take between 10 to 15 minutes.

Where are you located?

We do all the administration work in our office in Bucks County, however, all appointments are currently done by video conferencing, so you can get certified from the comfort of your home.

Is there a limit to how much or what you can buy?

The state sets a limit of a 30 day supply for all card holders.

What types of delivery methods for marijuana are available?

Dispensaries have flower, oil cartridges, concentrates in many forms, RSO syringes, capsules & creams, with new products being added all the time to the menus.

Can a minor get a card?

Anyone under 18 can qualify, but they do not get their own card. They are required to have a PA caregiver, and the caregiver does all purchases for them. The caregiver can be a family member, friend or a caregiver assigned by the state or from a service. Click here to learn more about caregivers.
