You MUST verify and pay the state fee within 30 days of your expiration date before seeing the doctor!
Follow these instructions FIRST, then return to submit your deposit and secure your Dr. appointment:
- Go to padohmmp.custhelp.com and log into your account with your username and password
- Go to “make payment” and pay your $50 fee to the state (must be within 30 days of your expiration date on your card.)
- Return to this page and scroll down to pay your deposit and secure your appointment.

Doctor’s Renewal Fee – $125
$50 Deposit Due Now
A patient care specialist will call to confirm your appointment and collect the balance.
$125 doctor fee is for patients who already have an MMJ PA card. This does NOT include the $50 PA state card fee.
All fees will be refunded if you’re not certified.

I recommended this place to anyone looking to be certified or renewed. I've been with this place since they first started and each year I use them to renew my card. It's easy and they take care of everything. Last year I signed up for buy one year get one year, which happened to be exciting this year not having to pay my annual fee. Anyone looking to get their medical Marijuana card I recommended Greener institute..ask for Barry he's been here since the opening of this place and is always willing to help..

This place is great I live a busy life and work alot! I was able to do everything just using my phone from filling out the application to the appointment and payment. I'm coming up on renewal and gave them a call and once again a painless experience! Can't say a bad word about these guys and I'm glad I found them.

When I originally needed certification, the Greener Institute helped every step of the way with support. It couldn't have been easier, and when it came to recertification/renewal after a year, I got a reminder, and calling the office, I was walked through the process, and my appointment was made for the next day. I highly recommend The Greener Institute.
