- GMO ( indica ) contains 29% THCa which converts to delta-9 when heated.
A common misconception is that THCa is like Delta 8 and not the same flower that is sold in the dispensaries. This is inaccurate. All flower produces THCa but not delta 9—delta 9 is only created after cannabis is exposed to heat.
THCa flower is entirely legal thanks to a loophole in the 2018 Farm Bill which redefined any cannabis that contains under .3% delta-9 as hemp… which it ALL does until exposed to heat. THCa flower is just as potent as flower purchased at a dispensary.
